Welcoming Sauk Valley Voices of Recovery & Recovery Friendly Workplace IL to Discover Dixon!

What a fantastic day we had last Thursday in welcoming Sauk Valley Voices of Recovery and Recovery Friendly Workplace IL as our newest #DiscoverDixon investors!

These organizations are doing more than just investing in their community, they're walking the walk too! With a mission dedicated to service and helping those in recovery, on their way to recovery, or just sober-curious. One way they've spread awareness is over the Petunia Festival in which they had a sober bar area. They had incredible mocktails, with all of your favorite spirits, just without the alcohol!

Sans X Ritual Bar

Sauk Valley Voices of Recovery, The Project OPEN & Recovery Friendly Workplace Illinois presents Sans X Ritual Bar at Petunia Festival 2022. Sans Bar is a Sober Bar started in Austin Texas by Chris Marshall. Chris tours the country doing sober events to promote equity and inclusion in all spaces.

Sober curious? In recovery? Look no further than the zero alcoholic beverages. “The dry movement is a decision to be fully present in a world that distracts us from our purpose, and tells us the solution for deep human connection and fun can only be found inside of a bottle”.
